The company uses a principle of design and development of a device ordered to prepare it for future manufacturing in our company.
Design works run in parallel and include construction of the device (i.e. hardware) and software development.

Hardware design consists of:

  • development of the design concept

  • PCB execution,

  • device diagram development,

  • device prototype construction,

  • technical documentation development (electrical and mechanical),

  • material index development,

  • construction of test devices.

    In the hardware design stage we use the following software: PCAD 2000 and SPECTRA, but other formats are also possible.

    Software design consists of:

  • development of software assumptions,

  • algorithm development,

  • development of the final microcontroller software,

  • tests in real conditions.

    We program 8-, 16- and 32-bit microcontrollers with real-time system, using a licensed programming environment.
